Studi in Scienze Politiche a Padova, Barbara è certificata Hogan, Thomas International ed è anche AICF Coach.
Da oltre 25 anni opera nel mondo dell’Executive Search, della Leadership Advisory e del Coaching in diverse società di consulenza come Elan, Key2People ed EXS.
Barbara collabora e assiste piccole, medie e grandi aziende del settore Industrial e del Consumer , supportandole nelle trasformazioni manageriali e nella successione generazionale, attraverso progetti di Executive Search (sia a livello nazionale che internazionale) e servizi di Leadership Advisory.
Il suo obiettivo principale è rivolto alle Aziende e ai Manager/C-Levels nella promozione di cambiamenti culturali e organizzativi, capaci quindi di esprimere un’evoluzione in un’ottica di miglioramento e innovazione, mantenendo sempre la Persona al centro.

Barbara collaborates with and assists small, medium and large Companies in the Industrial and Consumer sectors, supporting them in managerial transformations and generational succession, through Executive Search projects (both at national and international level) and Leadership Advisory services.
Her main purpose is aimed at Companies and Managers/C-Levels in the promotion of cultural and organizational changes, thus capable of expressing an evolution with a view to improvement and innovation, always keeping the Person at the Centre.
